Timelines may vary depending on project scope, complexity, and client responsiveness.
4. Payments & Refunds
All fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments are non-refundable once the project or monthly retainer has begun.
For long-term projects, delayed payments may result in suspension of services.
5. Confidentiality
All information shared by the Client, including data, strategies, and business details, will be kept strictly confidential.
We do not share, resell, or disclose Client information to any third party without consent.
6. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide accurate information, timely approvals, and necessary access (e.g., website, analytics, social media accounts).
The Client is responsible for ensuring all materials provided (images, content, logos) are free of copyright or legal issues.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Temporary drops in rankings, traffic fluctuations, or penalties from third-party platforms (Google, Bing, Meta, etc.).
Losses caused by factors outside our control, including algorithm updates, hosting/server issues, or competitor actions.
Our liability, if any, will not exceed the fees paid for the specific service.
8. Third-Party Tools & Platforms
Services may involve third-party tools, plugins, or platforms. We are not responsible for their performance, updates, or downtime.
Any paid third-party subscriptions (e.g., ad spend, premium plugins, hosting) are the Client’s responsibility unless specified in writing.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice of 15 days.
Outstanding payments must be cleared before termination becomes effective.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
11. Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients are encouraged to review them periodically. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
